On the Level: (The Capital)
My hot water heater is about 20 years old. We’ve never had a problem with it, but for some time now we’re getting a foul smell, which is most noticeable from the shower. However, the plumber seems to think he got a slight smell from the faucet in the powder room downstairs.

Most poor countries have kleptocratic governments. Not too many people interested in investments which are likely to be confiscated on the whim of some dictator.
