I need to replace the Bee's Wax under my toilet. Do I need a plumber, General Contractor, or Home Improvement

No way! I can do it and I am a girl.
Cut off the water
Turn it off at the wall behind the toilet
Flush a few times
Unscrew it from the hoses and screws at the base.
Carefully pick it up and sit aside
Scrap the old one off the floor and base
Put the new one in place on the floor following instructions on the box.
Carefully position the base in place
Reattach screws and everything else
Turn the water back on !

Follow these steps:
place new donut over the flange on the floor (be sure you put in right side down)
1) shut off water to back tank (shut off should be below the tank itself. Flush tank to drain.
2) disconnect the water feed line (feed line is attached under the tank.
3) If available use a wet/dry vac to suck any water remaining in the bowl (this prevents water spills when you tip toilet over)
4) take off the 2 nuts securing tank to the floor flange.
5) gently rock toiled sideways to loosen the old wax gasket.
6) lift tank off of the floor and set aside
7) scrape off old wax donut and clean thoroughly.
9) clean off bottom of toilet with paint thinner and dry.
10) carefully set tank down on new donut and press gently down (do not rock tank. sit on bowl to apply even pressure)
11) tighten down flange bolts until snug.
12) re-attach feed line to tank
13 turn water back on and flush to check for leaks.

No This is a D.Y.I. project, you will need a pair of plyers or wench, to remove flang bolts, a new wax ring with horn, shut water off ot tank, drain tank, empty bowl, lift out of place put on new ring, you may need to replace flang bolts, total cost about $5.00 Plumber cost $ 75'00 to $100.00 My charge for this job $45.00

plumbed for 30 years just follow Tessa's advice except they are bolts or nuts that you most likely have to unscrew. You will probably get some water on the floor unless you take the time to stick a cloth of some sort in there to sop up the last little bit of water.
You probably want to pick up a new set of T bolts when you get the wax ring too. Much easier to re-install with new bolts.
Also when you re-install you toilet be sure what ever you do DO NOT OVER TIGHTEN. The china will break if you over tighten. just get it nice and snug.

You can follow Tessas instructions for removal. I have included a link with pictures to help reinstall the toilet. The only thing different from these instructions I do is to place the new wax seal on the flange rather than on the bottom of the toilet when placing the toilet onto the floor. If the flange bolts are "wiggly", pinch some of the wax seal around them to hold upright.
