Joe the Plumber makes racial slur about Obama
Okay, this Joe the plumber strategy of McCain’s is feeling like an unvetted Sarah Palin take 2. If you are behind in the polls, and in your last debate before the election just 2 weeks away, would you bring up someone over 20 times and not have checked them out? So, the next morning the news comes out that Joe is not a licensed plumber, owes back taxes, and actually would get a tax break under Obama’s plan? This is McCain’s example of the Americans he’s trying to reach? And to make the whole thing more absurd, “Joe” goes on CBS and makes a racial slur, comparing Obama to a tap dancing Sammy Davis Jr. And people still are feeling okay about voting McCain in as president? I’m sorry, but it’s definitely time for a change. Wouldn’t it be great to have a president who respects our intelligence?
