UK plumbers please help?
I plan to install this shower mixer but the hot supply seems to be on the right hand side. Am I missing something?

The above mixer will replace bath taps…
hot tap is on the left…fed from hot water cylinder.

I bought a similar in B&Q last year and is easy to install, left pipe Connect to hot water, right to cold, is a “thermostatic mixer”, the left tap enable cold and hot water come in to the mixer and the right tap is to graduate the temperature and the red button is to fix it, very good mixer.

Does it matter, the mixers on the inside anyway.

Traditionally cold taps are fitted on the right of an appliance. However in some cases, almost always in Scotland the hot tap on a bath is fitted against the wall, no mater if it is on the right or left
give me some more info please
is this a mixer that replaces the bath taps? or is fitted to the taps?
is it a replacement or new proper mixing shower?
does your new shower unit have its hot connection on the right?
or is your existing hot pipe on the right and the cold on the left?

Your going to need a pump with that if your hot water is gravity feed
